All warranties provided directly by the manufacturer, supplier, or authorized distributor. 786shops acts only as a reseller and does not independently offer warranties on products sold in good condition.

If a warranty card mentioned on the invoice, customers must ensure it is received at the time of purchase. Warranty requests cannot processed without a valid invoice and required warranty documentation.

Customers advised to inspect products before leaving our store or upon delivery, as the warranty period starts once the sales receipt issued. Claims may declined if products show signs of misuse, physical damage, burning, rust, liquid exposure, or improper handling.

Warranty claims may also rejected if serial numbers or warranty stickers removed, damaged, or altered, or if the product returned without proper protective packaging.

Accidental damage, power fluctuations, electrical surges, and external causes not covered under warranty. Software installation, configuration, or troubleshooting is not included in computer hardware warranties. For software-related support, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.

Once a warranty claim approved, the manufacturer or distributor may choose to repair or replace the product. Processing time typically ranges from three to six weeks, depending on the brand and product category.

In certain cases, warranty claims may accepted on a conditional basis if the cause of the issue is unclear. Final approval in such cases depends entirely on the manufacturer and may take longer than standard processing times.

LCD and LED panels do not qualify for warranty claims related to dead pixels or dots. Accessories such as power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, toners, and bundled items are generally not covered under warranty.

For products with international warranty, customers must register and communicate directly with the manufacturer. Warranty handling in such cases is the responsibility of the buyer.

Used or refurbished hardware carries checking warranty only. Customers must verify condition and functionality before completing the purchase.

If a product is discontinued, the manufacturer may offer an upgrade option with additional charges. If the customer declines, a partial refund may be issued after applicable deductions.

Limited warranty indicates that only the first year is free, while subsequent years may require paid support.

Items marked as “Without Warranty” must be checked thoroughly before purchase. 786shops will not be responsible for issues reported after delivery or collection.
